1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

As recommended by our payment partner, Paddle, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are a new subscriber and are not satisfied with the "Reciply Plus" service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team by sending an email to Support. Please include the email address you used to sign up for your subscription so we can locate your purchase.

All refund requests are processed through our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, who handles all billing and transactions on our behalf.

3. After the Refund is Processed

Once a refund is issued, your "Reciply Plus" subscription will be canceled, and your account will be reverted to the Free tier. You will lose access to all premium features. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited back to your original method of payment.

4. After 14 Days

Refund requests made after the initial 14-day period will be handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. If you cancel your subscription after 14 days, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again.
